ONE-YEAR WARRANTY.

GMS JEWELRY fully stands behind the products we sell. Therefore, all of our products are covered by a year warranty starting from the day when the original order was received.


Warranty Terms

1. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to send the items back to GMS JEWELRY.

2. Customer should make sure that items are safely packed into a box before sending them back. GMS JEWELRY will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items in the shipment progress.

3. When sending back the items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Packages with no tracking will not be processed.

4. GMS JEWELRY reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond "normal wear", as determined by our jewelry professionals.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING FOR REPAIR

Step 1: Contact us

If you need to repair the item, please contact us: sales@gmsjewellery.com first, please provide the relevant information of your purchase order in the email (full name, email, purchased product)


Step 2: Receive repair notification email

We will get back to you within 1-3 business days after receiving your email. After you receive the email from our staff agreeing to repair, you can contact the courier to prepare to pack and send the goods to us. All shipping costs related to repairs are borne by you (including the shipping costs you send to us and the shipping costs we send back to you after repairs), and we do not bear any repair shipping costs.


Step 3: Pack & Ship the item(s)

Please include the order number, full name and email address in the package you return. The package should be prepaid for transportation through a traceable method. 


Step 4: Upload return tracking number

Remember to sign in and upload the return tracking number once the package is shipped back. We are not responsible for shipping lost products or products damaged due to shipping.
